Matla Tehsil Jhandutta, District Bilaspur, H.P,is hereby appointed as Clerk in Pay Band of Rs. 5910-20200+1950 Grade' Pay on fixedremuneration on contract basis for a period of one year on the following Terms and Conditions:TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-

1. The appointment is on Contract n fixed monthly contractual emoluments Rs. 7860/-per month i.e. initial >fAlTe ay band of Rs. 5910-20200+1950 G.P.

2. The appointment is purely on contract basis and liable to be terminated at any time byserving a one month notice from either side viz a viz the appointee or the appointingauthority.

3. The appointment carries liability to serve in any part of H.P.4: The contractual appointee will be entitled for 3% increase in the contractual remuneration

on completion of one year tenure subject to the further renewal of contractual period of theindividual concerned.

5, The contractual appointee will be entitled for one day casual leave after completion of onemonth's services. This can be accumulated upto one year. No leave of any other kind is

-admissible to the contractual employee .. However, the contractual appointee willalso be entitled for 135 days maternity leave, 10 days medical leave and 5days special leave.. No leave of any other kind is 'admissible to thecontractual employee. He will not be entitled for medical reimbursementand medical etc.

6. Unauthorized absence from the duty without the approval of the controlling officer, shallautomatically leads to the termination of contract. Contract appointee shall not be entitledfor contractual remuneration for the period of absence from duty.

7. An official appointed on contract basis, who have completed three years tenure at one placeof posting, will be eligible for transfer on need basis wherever required on administrativegrounds.

8. The appointment is further subject to the production of following certificates/documentsbefore joining the duty:-

a) Certificate of Medical Fitness issued by the CMO .of the concerned district.b) Certificate of Educational Qualification i.e.10+2 from any recognized Board/University/proof ofage thereof.

, c) Character certificate from the Magistrate 1stClass or any Gazetted Officer to whom the candidateis known for the last three years.d) Certificate of Bonafide Resident of Himachal Pradesh.e) A certificate if he/she belongs to 5C/ST/OBC/WFF/IRDP/Ex. Serviceman from the competentauthority.f) A declaration that candidate have not /shall not have more than one living husband/wife.g) A declaration to the effect that if any of the information or documents submitted by him/herproved false, her/his services will be terminated. .h) The appointment is subject to the verification of her/his character antecedent.

If the above Terms and Conditions are acceptable to him he should report for duty inthe 010 Sh.Lal Bhadur Shastri Govt.Medical College Ner Chowk Distt.Mandi H. P. within 15days failing which the offer will be treated as cancelled. ~
