Retail simplification.

Partnering closely with Sprint for over 12 years, I successfully translated guiding strategies into a targeted creativedirection that met both business and brand objectives, simplifying the store layout while providing consumers with asuperior brand experience. I set creative direction focused on the needs of the customer and applied it to all of Sprint’sconsumer touch points.

Capturing the essence of charm and quality.

Felix Doolittle is the creator of a premium line of illustrated stationery and note cards. Felix came to Continuum for the designof a cohesive branding and packaging system to convey at retail the high quality and classic charm of his cards and illustrations.I lead the development of the brand identity, packaging and point of purchase collateral that captures the essence of the FelixDoolittle brand and accords uniqueness to his products in the growing luxury specialty stationery market.Felix Doolittle

Captain D’s

Revitalizing a tired brand.

Captain D’s Seafood had over 550 restaurant locations that were outdated and under-performing. Purchased by an investor groupwith the intention of a national expansion, the brand needed an update to be relevant in the competitive restaurant climate. The teamidentified a new brand strategy and design experience that appealed to a larger national audience while retaining customer loyalty,and developed a platform that was flexible and cost effective for both retrofit and new build stores.

Sprint Studio

Powerful retail imagery and experiences.

For Sprint’s Kansas City flagship store Continuum helped build this retail store from the ground up, defining the entire in-storeexperience, from fixturing to promotional messaging to photography that captured and communicated the brand effectively. I leadthe team to explore and push the limits of the brand, testing new technology, ideas and opportunities, and created an immersive,experiential designs to tell the Sprint story to their customers.

Zutopia

Cut from a different cloth.

Gymboree challenged Continuum to create their first specialty stores to specifically target boys and girls ages 8 to 12 yearsold. The team developed an integrated retail experience that included packaging, point-of-purchase display and environmentaldesign. I developed and delivered a naming program for this unique retail concept, and developed the Zutopia visual brandlanguage and identity.

Sprint Imagery

Building brand image libraries.

I have developed brand image strategies, and have coordinated and produced numerous lifestyle shoots in Los Angeles, New York andMiami, in collaboration with photographers; Ron Eshel, Zach Scott, and Scott Montgomery and Producers; QAS Productions and TangoCharlie. The result is a collection of lifestyle photography and video and that has been used across various Sprint retail communicationtouch points including: Retail Communications and POP, Collateral, Packaging, Web and Direct Mail.

National Parks

Living the legend.

Tight federal funds and an increase in visitation to National Parks were both seriously stressing park resources. By launching a new andsuccessful National Parks pass program, we fortified the National Parks brand to inspire loyalty, build trust, enhance program recognition,and create a stewardship relationship with American citizens. The program did not focus on bringing people to the seven most well knownparks. Instead it focused on bringing the parks to the people.
