Accessing your member portal – already registered members
Log on on www.healthnet.com
Click “ I’m a member” and select California from the drop down menu.
Enter your user name and password to access your member portal.

Integration with the Health Risk Questionnaire
After members complete the online Health Risk Questionnaire, they are immediately presented with a personalized report highlighting details on their various risks and conditions and then directed to the most impactful resources – such as the relevant lifestyle improvement programs – specifically targeting their highest priority risk factors.

Health & Wellness Online
The Heath Risk Questionnaire (HRQ) is a health assessment survey that produces an instant personalized report with referrals to relevant resources. Interactive sliders allow members to model behavior change.
The Personal Health Record (PHR) is populated by medical and pharmacy claims import, the HRQ and other self-reported data. Health Net members have the ability to designate authorized online users, such as family members, physicians.
Preventive Service Reminders are driven by the Personal Health Record, customized for the individual based on claims history and the member’s gender and age.
