Assisted senior engineers to design the layout and models required for sheet metal cutting operations and also in assembly involving various machining process such as welding, drilling and milling operations involved in the production. Interacted with customers regarding product details, warranty and accumulated ideas, specifications, type of oven and quantity of materials and transfer these requests to production to ensure their needs were fulfilled and conducted onsite servicing.
