Official Biography Jeremy Greene was born March 31, 1986 in Waterville Maine. He plays the piano and the guitar. Jeremy grew up in the streets of Maine. His mother was addicted to alcohol and heroin, His brother was a drug dealer and his sister was a prostitute. By, the age of 14 Jeremy was removed from his home and put in group homes. Music was a positive outlet to survive the negative things in the environment around him.

In middle school Jeremy was put into chorus because he was so hyper. There was a school play on substance abuse and Jeremy wanted to audition for the lead. The chorus teacher told him “No, you have to be good for a week to audition.” So, Jeremy was on his best behavior and after the week was over he auditioned. His chorus teacher said when he started to sing the whole room grew silent and that’s how he nailed the lead in the school play. A friend’s mother, who was also Jeremy’s mother’s AA sponsor, told him to invite his mom to see the play. The night he performed he had the whole auditorium in tears. “The most magical thing about that night was that my mom got sober and stayed that way for 5 years” says Jeremy. That’s when he knew he could really sing.

Jeremy was discovered by Will.i.am in 2006 when he begged him to let him sing a song over the phone. When, Will.i.am had a concert in Maine Jeremy was invited backstage to sing for him and blew him away. Jeremy decided not to sign with him at the time.

Jeremy has worked with artists such as Pitbull, Jim Jones, Jesse McCartney, Sean Kingston and Waka Flocka to name a few. His single “Rain” featuring Pitbull has over 24 million plays on MySpace. His influences are Michael Jackson, Boys II Men, Dru Hill, Usher and Babyface.

To date, some of the best moments of his career are working with Pitbull and performing at Boston summer jam to a crowd of 40,000 in summer 2011.
