EASA FLIGHT DISPATCHER TRAINING - PHASE I & II
eLearning Phase I: €6,000 EUR which includes registration
fees, tuition, and student materials.
Classroom Phase I: €5,000 EUR which includes registration
fees, tuition, and student materials.
Simulated OJT Phase II: €5,700 EUR which includes
registration fees, tuition, and student materials.
Note that for license issuance requires completion of all
Phases. If certain modules are taken elsewhere the approval for
those modules will be the obligation of the student.
Examination Fees: Students must pay the additional Written
and Oral/Practical examination fees directly to approved testing
centers and examiners.
2018 PRICING (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
Phase I consists of 19 weeks of blended eLearning which
combines self paced study and online instructor-led classes.
Phase II consists of 3 weeks on location classroom training
conducted in Riga, Latvia.
Phase III is On-The-Job Training (OJT) conducted at one of the
Jeppesen partner facilities where dispatchers complete 13
weeks of actual dispatching in a real world dispatch center.
FOM-2 Riga syllabus is EASA centric and conforms to
recommendations of ICAO Doc 7192 D3.
FAA License: Graduates can obtain a FAA Dispatcher
Certificate by taking the 1-week FOM-2B conversion course in
Denver, Colorado USA.

ON-THE-JOB TRAINING (OJT) - PHASE III
Dispatcher On-The-Job Training (OJT) is available to provide
dispatchers the opportunity to obtain real world dispatch
experience in a live Airline Operations Control Center and
dispatch office.
