JEFF MOCKUS (Sound Designer) has designed sound for Center REP’s Women In Jeopardy, A Christmas Carol, Tenderly: The Rosemary Clooney Musical, Life Could Be a Dream, Old Wicked Songs, Xanadu, Marvelous Party, Cabaret, Ain’t Misbehavin’, Musical of Musicals: The Musical!, Hank Williams Lost Highway, Around the World In 80 Days, and The Marriage of Figaro. Among his recent work are TheatreWorks Silicon Valley’s The Bridges Of Madison County, The Four Immigrants: An American Musical Manga, Rags, and Crimes of the Heart, as well as The Western Stage’s Young Frankenstein, In the Heights, and Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson. Mr. Mockus served as San Jose Repertory Theatre’s Resident Sound Designer for over 70 productions, including The Haunting Of Winchester, Nixon’s Nixon, Mary’s Wedding, and Thunder Knocking On The Door. He has credits with American Conservatory Theater, California Shakespeare Theatre, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Shakespeare Santa Cruz/Santa Cruz Shakespeare, Utah Shakespearean Festival, and Oregon Shakespeare Festival. KATHLEEN J. PARSONS* (Stage Manager) is excited to be doing another show with Center REPertory Company. MICHAEL BUTLER (Artistic Director) This is Michael’s twelfth season as Artistic Director of Center REP, where his directing credits include Women in Jeopardy, Baskerville, ‘Art,’ Anything Goes, Clybourne Park, Real Housewives of Walnut Creek, and To Kill a Mockingbird, as well as the Shellie and BATCC Award-winning productions of Around the World in 80 Days, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Enchanted April, and Witness For The Prosecution. His directing work has also been seen at San Jose Rep, Cleveland Playhouse, Seattle Rep, Laguna Playhouse, ACT in Seattle, Marin Theatre Company, Aurora Theatre Company, San Jose Stage, Shakespeare Santa Cruz, and The Juilliard School, of which he is a graduate. As an actor, Michael has worked on Broadway (Macbeth with Glenda Jackson and Christopher Plummer and Two Shakespearean Actors), Off Broadway (Roundabout, The Public Theatre), in regional theatres (The Guthrie, Arena Stage, Long Wharf), film and television, as well as in REP’s productions of Mirandolina!, The Mousetrap, Noises Off and Rumors. He is a published songwriter and the co-writer and composer of numerous music-theatre pieces, which have been produced in NY, LA, and at festivals in India and Morocco. In his career as a performer he has also danced with the Erick Hawkins Dance Company, portrayed the villainous Pierre LeChance on “The Guiding Light," and played guitar and harmonica in many rock, blues, and country western bands at all the notable dives in NYC. SCOTT DENISON (Managing Director) has been the General Manager for the Lesher Center for the Arts since it opened 26 years ago and has worked for the Arts in this area for over 43 years. Scott has directed over 150 productions, including The Wizard of Oz, the musical hit Cinderella, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Hairspray, The Music Man, Les Misérables and for the past 19 seasons Center REP’s A Christmas Carol as well as all Fantasy Forum productions since 1970. He created and produces the annual Shellie Awards now celebrating 39 years. Scott has also designed lights for over 250 productions, including the national touring production of Sylvia. Under Denison’s guidance the Lesher Center for the Arts presents over 850 public events each year. He coordinates performing arts activities with over 100 producers and producing organizations. Scott created the Chevron Family Theatre Festival which hosts over 7,000 guests each year. He is also the Managing Director of the Center REPertory Company producing professional productions each season and is the director and co-founder of Fantasy Forum Actors Ensemble, an adult family performing arts company which presents programs for the young and Young at Heart. JENNIFER PERRY (Choreographer) has been teaching Ballet and Theatre classes for over 25 years. She was lucky to have studied and trained with her grandmother, Lareen Fender at The Ballet School Performing Arts. Directing Credits Include: Billy Elliot, Gypsy (Shellie Award), Joseph and the Amazing.., A Chorus Line (BATCCA), OKLAHOMA! JENNIFER PERRY (Choreographer) has been teaching Ballet and Theatre classes for over 25 years. DAVE J. ABRAMS (Adam) is thrilled to be back for his second Center REP production since Smokey Joe's Cafe (Ken- Shellie Award nominated production). He has recently performed in Fantasy Forum's The Biggest Gift (Jack-In-The-Box), Chevron Family Theater Festival's The Villains Live (Matt), and performed in numerous musicals at the Lesher since the late 90's. Recent theater credits include: Ragtime (Coalhouse Walker Jr.) and Sister Act (Eddie Souther) with Berkeley Playhouse; In The Heights (Benny- 2017 TBA Award winner) with Contra Costa Civic Theater. Abrams is a graduate from UC Berkeley with a B.A in Theater, Dance, and Performance Studies. A member of Actors’ Equity Association since 2002, he was most recently seen at Center REP in Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery (Shellie Award). KATIE TURLEY (Cheyenne) is thrilled to make her Center REP debut in Freaky Friday! She earned her Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance with an emphasis in Musical Theater from The University of Denver. Favorite credits include Chava in Fiddler on the Roof and Daisy in Side Show. Katie has a private voice and piano studio in Danville and works as a voice actor. BRIDGET CARPENTER (Author) A playwright, television writer, and producer, Carpenter created the 2016 miniseries "11.22.63" for Bad Robot and Hulu from Stephen King's bestselling novel. "11.22.63" premiered at the Sundance Festival, was nominated for a Writers Guild Award, and won the Saturn Award for best limited series. Prior to "11.22.63," she wrote and co-executive-produced all five seasons of the Peabody Award-Winning series "Friday Night Lights." She was a Consulting Producer for HBO's "Westworld" and a Co-Executive Producer for "Parenthood."

TOM KITT (Composer) received the 2010 Pulitzer Prize for Drama as well as two Tony Awards for Best Score and Best Orchestrations for Next to Normal. His music for Next to Normal also received the Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding New Score. He is also the composer of If/Then (Tony Nom., Outer Critics Nom.); High Fidelity (Broadway); Bring it On, The Musical (co-composer with Lin-Manuel Miranda, Broadway); The Winter's Tale, All's Well That Ends Well, and Cymbeline (The Public's NYSF); From Up Here and The Madrid (MTC); Orphans (Broadway) and The Retributionists (Playwrights Horizons). Tom is also responsible for the music supervision, arrangements and orchestrations for Green Day's American Idiot on Broadway, and provided additional arrangements for their Grammy Award-winning album "21st Century Breakdown" and their album trilogy, "¡Uno! ¡Dos! ¡Tré!" Tom also received an Emmy Award as co-writer (with Lin-Manuel Miranda) for the 2013 Tony Award opening number, "Bigger. "

BRIAN YORKEY (Librettist/Lyricist) received the 2010 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, as well as the 2009 Tony Award for Best Score, for Next to Normal. Brian was also nominated for the Tony Award for Best Book of a Musical for Next to Normal, and his work on the show earned him the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Score. He partnered again with the Next to Normal team on If/Then (Tony Award Nominee for Best Score) starring Idina Menzel. Brian co-wrote the libretto for The Last Ship with John Logan, with a score by Sting. He is currently working on the original musical Jesus in My Bedroom, with composer Tim Symons, as well as stage musical adaptations of "Magic Mike" and the Tom McCarthy film "The Visitor."

JEFF COLLISTER (Director) is elated to be working with this amazing group of people on this freaky-fun project! Prior to this he directed REP’s The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and the zany hit Xanadu. He also helmed Urinetown – The Musical and the classic musical comedy, Grease, both with Contra Costa Musical Theatre. Sometime in the mid 80’s, when Jeff was in his early 20’s, he directed CCMT’s production of Godspell at the old Stage II theatre, which is now Skipolini’s Pizza. Jeff has worked with many of the theatre companies in the area as an actor, director, lighting designer, and most frequently as the Stage Manager. Jeff has Stage Managed more than 50 productions since first starting with REP in 1989. Favorites include, Boeing-Boeing, A Number, Almost Heaven; John Denver’s America, Becoming Memories, Suds: The Rockin’ 60’s Musical Soap Opera, Godspell, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, and numerous productions of A Christmas Carol. During the day (and many nights) Jeff works as Production Manager for Center REP, a job he has been engaged in since the mid 90’s. He is a Shellie Award winning actor and a member of Actors Equity Association. An avid Giants fan, Harry Potter fan and fan of the Gould family, Jeff has lots to enjoy when he’s not in the theatre. DANIEL FEYER (Music Director) is pleased to make his Center REP debut! Recent Bay Area productions include Ragtime and Tarzan at Berkeley Playhouse, three years of A Christmas Carol at American Conservatory Theater, Reefer Madness (Ray of Light), Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (Theatre Rhinoceros), and The Rocky Horror Show (A.C.T. Conservatory). He is adjunct faculty for the M.F.A. acting program at A.C.T. and a Resident Artist in the Musical Theater department at Ruth Asawa San Francisco School of the Arts. New York and regional credits include off-Broadway’s Evil Dead: The Musical, The Underclassman (Drama Desk Award nom. for Orchestrations), Working, With Glee, and Illyria, eleven seasons at the Weston Playhouse in Vermont, and seven shows at Meadow Brook Theatre in Michigan. A San Francisco native and Princeton graduate, Dan is also a puzzle writer and editor and seven-time winner of the American Crossword Puzzle Tournament.

CINDY GOLDFIELD* (Grandma Helene/Ms. Luckenbill/Mrs. Time) is thrilled to be back at Center REP after last season’s It Shoulda Been You, and The Mystery of Edwin Drood many years ago. An award-winning actor and director, other regional performing credits include: Love and Information and 14 seasons of A Christmas Carol at A.C.T., Spring Awakening and Bill W. and Dr. Bob (San Jose Repertory Theatre); Another Midsummer’s Night (TheatreWorks), Brimstone, Moon Over Buffalo, and Merrily We Roll Along (The Willows Theatre); Oliver! (Broadway by the Bay); Moving Bodies (Marin Theatre Company); Crimes of the Heart (Playhouse West); Texas Chainsaw Manicurist and Cowardly Things (New Conservatory Theatre Center); Mack & Mabel (42nd Street Moon); Scalpel! (Brava!) and Mr. Irresistible (Back It Up, Prod.) New York credits include D’Arcy Drollinger’s Project: Lohan, and Mr. Irresistible, at La MaMa E.T.C. Goldfield also enjoys a thriving cabaret career, collaborating with Scrumbly Koldewyn (Goldfield & Koldewyn) and David Aaron Brown (One Night Stand.)

TYLER PATRICK HENNESSY (Fletcher Blake) is very excited to be doing the regional premiere of Freaky Friday at his "home" theater. Tyler is back after doing a year and half as Michael/Jack in the first national tour of the Broadway production of Finding Neverland directed by Tony Award winner Diane Paulus. Some of Tyler's other favorite roles include Tiny Tim- A Christmas Carol (Center REP), Little Boy- Ragtime (Stage One) and Youngest Tommy- The Who's Tommy (OMG Productions). OLIVIA JANE MELL* (Ellie Blake) is currently based in Los Angeles, and Freaky Friday is Olivia’s first production with Center REP. Notable theater credits include The Cherry Orchard (Anya) and Sense And Sensibility (Lucy Steele) at People’s Light & Theatre Co., The Threepenny Opera (Polly Peachum) at Brandeis Theater Company, Cover (Zan) at NYC’s Midtown International Theater Festival, and her own original cabaret show Perfectly Complicated, which she co-wrote and produced. Olivia recently made her cable TV debut singing a Sondheim classic on TNT’s "Major Crimes." Most notably, Olivia recently released an original rock album "Between Earth And Air" under her musical artist name, Olivia Jane, as well as released several music videos. The album features legendary artists Waddy Wachtel, Bernard Fowler of the Rolling Stones, Brett Tuggle of Fleetwood Mac, and others. ZACHARIAH MOHAMMED (Xavier) is excited to be making his Center REP debut! Zachariah’s previous recent credits include 42nd Street (Ensemble, Pacific Coast Repertory), Reefer Madness (Ensemble, Ray of Light), She Loves Me (Swing, SF Playhouse), The Wild Party (Oscar, Ray of Light), and In the Heights (Ensemble, Tri Valley Rep). During the day Zachariah works as a Social Media Manager at Just Media, a marketing agency in Emeryville. Zachariah would like to thank Pete, his family and friends for all of their love and support. BRYAN MUNAR (Austin) is thrilled to make his Center REP debut in this charming show that's filled with laughs, tears, and a lot of heart! An alumnus of U.C. Berkeley (B.A. Computer Science) and current software engineer for the Mobile team at Mozilla, Bryan hopes to pursue a performing career in the Bay Area. ALISON QUIN (Torrey), a San Francisco resident and performer, is thrilled to be making her Center REP debut. After graduating San Francisco State University with a BM in Classical Voice performance she has made her way singing throughout the Bay Area with many stellar talented individuals, whether it's in a rock band or on stage in a musical. By day she teaches Voice and runs her own studio in SF. Favorite roles include: The Bakers Wife (Into the Woods), Eurydice (Orpheus in the Underworld), and Janet in her self-produced, self-written parody Christmas Cabaret: Naughty or Nice Booze and Spice which graced the stage for two holiday seasons at PianoFight. This past holiday season she sang and danced with the Holly Trolley Cast at CA Great America. She recently joined the cast at 42nd St. Moon this Spring for the Bay Area Premiere of Sondheim's first musical, Saturday Night.
