Phase 2

• Phase 2 Milestones*– Revised indicators, including data requirements and

with input from key informants and other stakeholders.– Crosswalk of indicator interdependencies– Practitioner report documenting post-disaster recovery

in a broader set of communities (multi-state, multi-hazard).

Phase 3• Phase 3 Milestones*– Collect primary data collected on each indicator in real time

during the post-disaster recovery period– Develop final, validated list of indicators in eight Core

Capabilities, including:• Recommended and validated metrics• Crosswalk of interdependence between indicators• Proposed weighting or ranking to be used in calculating the quality of

recovery in communities
