Terrebonne Parish has obtained one of the lowest flood insurance rates in Louisiana by participating in the Community Rating System Program with FEMA. The CRS rating of “6” will provide a 20% savings to homeowners and businesses with Federal Flood Insurance in comparison to neighboring parishes.
