I operated as the design assistant. I assisted the head designer with clients designs using 2020 Design,

I was the office manager for the showroom; using my administrative skills in keeping the showroom

running smoothly and making sure there were adequate amounts of literature and samples every

week. I also did light book keeping and handled the orders for client and the showroom to varying dis-

tributors and manufacturers.

I am currently working at Leonard Cabinet. I am an AutoCAD Drafter-Designer. I handle quotes and

take-offs for both commercial healthcare cabinetry and residential applications. I also design Kitchen

and Baths as well as other cabinetry in Residential spaces. I research new product, follow up on sales

leads and take designs from production to installation.

M S International, Inc. Date: July -Present

My position at MSI is the Showroom Coordinator. I handle various task. I order material for displays,

coordinate the CSR’s to improve and develop customer service. I help our residential and fabricator cus-

tomers develop design ideas and put together options for their natural stone and tile needs. I coordinate

both the slab and tile showrooms to optimize sales and appearance for our business and residential cus-

tomers. I communicate needs and material request between fabricator and homeowner. I work with the

accounting department on customer accounts to minimize defaults and maximize sales by communi-

cating and working through sales. I also work with the fabricators on the their high profile customer’s

design needs to ensure B2B sales and maximize MSI ‘s multi product sales.
