Opening in 2012, the new 128,000 square foot facility will o!er 78,000 square feet of flexible oceanfront function space in a relaxed coastal setting. It is designed to handle groups up to 3,000, or as small and intimate as a board meeting in one of our breakout rooms overlooking the dunes. With 22’ ceilings and a 45,000 square foot ballroom, we look forward to handling your event details, so you can enjoy your time on the Island.

!e interior design of the center will present a relaxed coastal experience in keeping with the indigenous beachfront context. !e location will extend into the new Beach Village and two adjacent hotels o"ering an additional 340 rooms to the 1,600 rooms located within 5 minutes of the Convention Center and an additional 1,000 rooms within 20 minutes. Boardwalks and covered patios will allow you to stroll the shops between your meetings, just feet from the convention center. !e new center will be built to Leed Silver Certified standards and utilize state of the art conservation design codes, to help minimize the impact of our new Green structure.
