You requested all documents concerning the lethal removal of resident Canada geese by United States Department of Agriculture-APHIS-Wildlife Services from Rikers Island in Queens, New York (East Elmhurst, NY 11370) for each and every year from June 1, 2001 to September 1, 2014. This does not pertain to any egg/nest depredations performed during these yearsonly lethal removal of resident geese goslings, juveniles and adults. You ask that the records entail the quantity of resident Canada geese removed from Rikers Island, the methodology of their removal, and the location of where the resident geese were removed to for euthanasia and disposalfor each and every year from June 1, 2001 to September 1, 2014. Your request was received in this office on February 17, 2015 and assigned case number FOIA 15-02032. On February 24, 2015, the Wildlife Services program office (WS) employees conducted a thorough search of their files and located two pages of records. The responsive records are enclosed with this letter. These records are being released in their entirety, without redaction. Wildlife Services employees also informed my office that no documents were located as to the location of where the geese were taken to. You may appeal our full release of these records. If you chose to appeal, your appeal must be in writing and must be received within 45 days of the date of this letter to the following address: Administrator Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service Ag Box 3401 Washington, DC 20250-3401 Please refer to FOIA 15-02032-F in your appeal letter and add the words “FOIA Appeal” to the front of the envelope.     You requested all documents concerning the lethal removal of resident Canada geese by
