If!unforeseen!circumstances!or!unexpected!difficulties!are!encountered,!the!Client!will!be!consulted!before!Surveyor!proceeds!further.!In!the!event!that!additional!services!are!p fdeemed!necessary,!Surveyor!will!perform!those!services!at!an!hourly!rate!of!$125.00!per!hour.!Surveyor!will!only!perform!additional!services!with!Client’s!written!or!verbal!approval.!This!offer!will!expire!if!not!executed!within!15"days.!Either!party!may!terminate!this!agreement!with!or!without!cause.!Upon!termination,!Surveyor!will!be!reimbursed!for!service!provided.!This!agreement!contains!no!warranties!either!expressed!or!implied!and!does!not!inure!to!the!benefit!of!any!third!parties.!The!persons!signing!below!certify!that!they!have!legal!capacity!as!the!individuals,!representatives,!or!agents!for!the!parties!to!this!contract.!
