WHY C.S.E.A?CSEA was established to collectively bargain for and to provide representation on behalf of all classified employees of Jefferson County Public Schools.

CSEA is designed to be a responsive, flexible organization able to initiate and maintain an effective channel of communication with the School District’s administrators.

What Does CSEA Do For Me?

Negotiate any changes in classified agreements including annual cost-of living raises

Represents all classified employees by serving on District committees and Task Forces

Dedicated to preserving and protecting the interest of all classified employees

Will represent any employee who may need it through the grievance procedure.

What Can I Do To Help C.S.E.A?
