Nurture your inner-leader! New this fall is the opportunity for you to complete a non-credit leadership certificate. All professional growth and technology workshops apply to this certificate. When you reach a total of 12+ hours of training we will issue you a non-credit leader-ship certificate! For entrepreneurs, we have collaborated with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to create the Entrepreneurship/Small Business certificate. Participants in this workshop series will learn or brush up on practical business topics that prepare them for small business and entrepreneurial success. Workshops shaded in gray are ESB related.

Jefferson Express brings professional training workshops directly to your community and business. Jefferson Express is a mobile comput-er lab complete with 15 laptops, an instructor and technician with the ability to set up at any location.

By partnering with local libraries, community organizations and busi-nesses, workshops can be offered that benefit community members in Jefferson and Lewis counties. Workshops range from basics such as Introduction to Computers, to the more advanced QuickBooks skills.

Businesses can arrange for custom training as well. Training can take place right in your office or at a location convenient for you and your employees. Whether your employees need a specific set of skills or a general skills update, we can arrange for a customized training session.
