JEC's dedicated Product and Sourcing office in Shenzhen supports its contracting and service businesses by ensuring that high quality products are found and delivered on time.
Sourcing engineers travel around China and other parts of Asia inspecting suppliers andmonitoring the quality of output. If required, a JEC engineer can be stationed in a factory full time to supervise production quality.
JEC has a network of trusted suppliers but can also flexibly find and evaluate new suppliersaccording to a project's need.

Installation of Energy Efficient Systems
Cooling Systems (or HVAC) is the largest consumer of energy in buildings in the Philippines. Cooling Systems account for anywhere between 30-60% of a building’s energy consumption. The replacement of aging chillers, air handling units, ducting, and pumpsystems provides dramatic improvements inbuildings’ energy consumption and costs.
Lighting is the second largest energy consumer and as lighting retrofits are comparatively cheap, the payback period is often under a year with continued energy savings every year afterwards.
Other energy saving systems comprise buildingautomation, energy efficient motors, boilers, andoccupancy sensors.
Operation and Maintenance
Energy efficiency projects must beapproached holistically and theinstallation of improved equipment must be combined with high quality maintenance and power consumption monitoring.
