sail with ease for many years. Her interior is well laid-out for live aboard and extendedcruising for a couple with crew or family. Her current owners, a Danish family with 4children have taken beautiful care of her and sailed her extensively through the Pacific fromTahiti to Fiji. Her exterior, hull, deck and cockpit are spotless. Inside her timber work is inperfect condition and is not stained or damaged by life in the tropics. The leather upholsteryinside and in the cockpit is a little tired and faded, but refreshing these items is cheaply andeasily done in Fiji at your own taste. She sails comfortably, quickly and and is easy to handlealone or as a couple.

The surprisingly spacious cockpit at the back of the boat has two small doors to the bathingplatform and at big Bimini which gives shelter and comfort when needed. Everything can behandled from the cockpit by one or two people due to the electrical winches, well laid-outrope organisers and navigational equipment.

Below the cockpit are two double cabins with removable partition to create one ‘king- size’bed that measures 1.80m (6ft) by 2 m (8ft), perfect for a couple to sleep in space andcomfort with one door leading to a large head / shower area and another door leading to thegalley and salon.

The main salon is perfectly proportioned and feel like what you would expect on a muchlarger vessel. It is open and airy and allows direct access to the galley, navigation area andhave many roomy cupboards. The many hatches and windows in the saloon makes this spacevery light and well ventilated.

The foldable table in the saloon is a perfect place to relax and dine - and can be moveddown by a button to make a large daybed avaliable in front of the big TV-screen mounted onthe bulkhead.

The chart table has plenty of space for computers, navigation and not surprisingly charts.

The galley provides abundant storage space, a good stove / oven and a fridge with separatefreezer.

On anchor 'POPPY' makes a great floating home. The 1040W of solar panels provides allnormal energy requirements, as well as a Maxprop wind generator. There is sufficient powerto keep both fridge and separate freezer running, along with the usual demands from iPads,computers and lighting which were required for this family of 6.

Underway she comes alive, with excellent performance and a stable, sea- worthy proportionsof both sail, engine and hull. She is happiest on a broad reach and comfortably ticked off120nm per day crossing the Pacific sailing conservatively. Upwind she also makes greatprogress and points well.

When filming and photographing 'POPPY' a few days ago (July 15th 2019) she effortlesslyachieved 8-9 knots in 10-15 knots of wind on a close reach.

The easy quick reef-by button-activated control makes off-shore sailing with heavy gustscomfortable and safe and any unexpected waves coming down the deck are reflected by thebig spray-hood.

'POPPY's hull is blue with a lovely gold boot top, decks white with blue canvas dodger andBiminis. The interior is in good original condition, with very few marks from the years of use.The only noticeable wear and tear is in the leather upholstery in the salon and cockpit,which has faded and lost its tightness. The bilges are dry and very clean. There are nolingering holding tank odours, no mould/mildew present.

INTERIORINTERIOR

Poppy has two double cabins with each a bathroom in connection. Both cabins can beturned into 4 with a woodwall easy to setup and take down. ?

She has a seagoing galley and a spacious salon. She has a comfortable and secure sit-downnavigation station, with a full sized chart table that works well irrespective of the sea state.The salon is very open and comfortable with room for dinning and watching movies and asthe L shaped galley, which works exceptionally well at sea or at anchor.

The layout design gives social space that includes also when cooking and allows privacy inthe cabins. Beige curtains on ports and hatches allow you to block out sun on in the tropics.

?There is an excellent amount of storage making the perfect base for extended voyages orsimply enjoying the comforts of home on the hook.

In both cockpit and below you see how well designed her style and functionality is carriedthrough. The interior is both beautiful and functional with its light, water resistant coversand woodwork witch together with the many windows and hatches gives a light and spaciousfeel. ?

SALONSALON

The main salon is spacious and comfortable. The drop-leaf salon table can comfortably seatsix and when folded provides easy movement and space. The table can be driven down by anelectrical button control and make a base for a big double bed in front of the 26” televisionon the wall.

The watermaker is hidden beneath the starboard side settee and under the cabin sole.

The port-side settee has additional storage beneath which is perfect for food and other driedgoods.

GALLEYGALLEY

The galley on Poppy is a pleasure to use both on passage and at anchor. The wrap arounddesign provides the perfect place to wedge yourself into and work in safety no matter the seastate.

The gimballed oven has four burners with pot holders, an well functional oven and can becovered with a removable counter-top. There is a propane shut-off valve safety switch in thecontrol board.

The counter tops are white, marble effect, laminate in very good condition.

The double stainless steel sink is located on the after counter with both manual saltwaterand pressure water faucets.

The well insulated refrigerator box has a door access and a top access.

The freezer box is located in the corner and can be either a freezer or refrigerator, by turn ofa swich.

A well placed hatch above the sink and a smaller one at the end of the gallery providesventilation and airflow when cooking.

The cover for the sinks and counter-top over the oven an burners provides additionalworkspace.

"We are a family of 6 from Denmark who has went on our life dream adventure in the PacificOcean on this dark blue beautiful cruising boat. Poppy is a vessel that both have the comfortof sailing with ease and space for having fun. We choice this yacht because of the very goodequipment and beautiful layout of both cockpit and salon together with the sailing abilitythis model provides.

This boat was never chartered. The American owner before us had a very strong and welldone steel arch manufactured for the solar panels and dinghy davits, which has given ourcruising experience the feel of freedom and self-supply while being on away from ports. Thewater-maker can run on the solar system but when the strong Yanmar motor is on it worksmore effective and the water system in Poppy makes you independent of external supply - ifyou can manage a 6 people water use, as we finally learned during our trip.

Poppy has been the perfect size for our family how wants to sail and be able to get in baysand ports without the big expense a catamaran or a big yacht requires.

Opposite the galley to port of the stairway is the well sized chart table with instruments,controls, and switches within easy reach. It provides a well protected space for navigation,communications and weather forecasting, or simply writing an email to friends.

The top opening chart table is large with plenty of room to store & review charts. Instrumentsare mounted on the side console.

Under the chart table bench is also plenty of storage space.

The two bathrooms (head / showers areas) are both comfortable to use and easy to clean,with white surfaces and beige marble effect counter-top with sink.

The liferaft needs servicing again and the flares must be change just before the nextadventure. Both of these are available through Vuda or Denarau marina.

Since Poppy has rotation number all purchases are tax free if ordered online and delivered toa nearby port like Denarau or Vuda.

-Through Hull fittings: Through hull fittings/valves are bronze, hoses are of double wirereinforced marine grade type with stainless steel double clamps throughout all said fittingsbelow the waterline, all sea valves were inspected and found to be in very good workingorder.

-Antifouling paint: Excellent condition. Just repainted July 2019

-Keel: Fin/bulb keel to stub and bolted.

-Rudder: Free hung spade.

-Shafting: 35mm stainless steel shaft to through Jeanneau dripless shaft log. Prop: (3) bladecast bronze feathering.

-Skeg or Strut: Cast bronze strut

-Cutlass bearing: in good to good condition.

-Zincs: Shaft zinc and propeller zinc, replaced during haul-out July 2019
