Op de dag van de tegensprekelijke opmeting en na berekening van de meetresultaten kunnen wij besluiten dat er geen zettingen opgetreden zijn. Na datavergelijk met INFRABEL werd ons standpunt bevestigd door Dhr.Siongers Guido.

De staat geeft een gedetailleerde plaatsbeschrijving van alle gebruikte bouwmaterialen met mogelijke

gebreken en tekortkomingen. Deze staat van bevinding wordt geïllustreerd met een gedetailleerde fotosessie

en/of videoreportage teneinde betwistingen tussen aannemers,buurtbewoners en overheid te voorkomen

De tegensprekelijke plaatsbeschrijving is een rechtsgeldig document welk als wettig bewijsmiddel dienen in een

rechtszaak. Wij treden op als onafhankelijk en onpartijdig beëdigd landmeter-expert.

GYROSCOPISCHE METINGEN ‐ Werfvoorbereiding (vergunningen,veiligheidssignalisatie,..) : ten laste van de opdrachtgever 

‐ Intrede‐ en uittredepunt dienen toegankelijk onder normale omstandigheden 

 

 ‐ Een gevlochten polypropyleen trekkoord (6mm) of identiek bevindt zich in de buis 

‐ Het proces heen en weer wordt minimum een tweetal keer gedaan dan is de buis vier maal gemeten en 

is het resultaat normaal betrouwbaar. Indien de resultaten  

niet aanvaardbaar zijn (door eventueel onderbrekingen, haperingen, storingen) herhalen we deze 

methode opnieuw, dit tot de resultaten aanvaardbaar zijn.

MEETMETHODIEK 

Het standaard DR-HDD-4,2 systeem werd gebruikt voor de meting.

DR-HDD-4,2 Pipeline Mapping System

1) voorbereiding van werf: 

- De in ‐en uittredepunten waren vrij toegankelijk - De buisleiding was leeg en een trekkoord was ingetrokken - Coördinaten van de bovenkant (zie figuur hieronder) van de buis in ‐en uittredepunten werden ingemeten met GPS Hiper Pro  (TOPCON).

2) Meting 

- De gyroscoop wordt aangezet en aan het trekkoord vast gemaakt 

- De gyroscoop wordt door de buis getrokken - De in de gyroscoop opgeslagen ruwe data wordt na de meting gekopieerd naar de pc 

en gecontroleerd op de validiteit. 

- De meting wordt ten minste 4 maal herhaald, 

3) Verlaten van de werf 

- De werf wordt terug in de originele toestand terug gebracht.

Opmerking: De meetnauwkeurigheid wordt bepaald door: - de gekalibreerde systeemnauwkeurigheid 

- de nauwkeurigheid van de operationele uitvoering - de ruis (o.a. de buisnaden) veroorzaakt door de staat van de gemeten buis. 

In geen geval kan het gemiddelde resultaat, de geobserveerde spreiding en de standaard tolerantie geïnterpreteerd worden als een gegarandeerde nauwkeurigheid. Indien de gemeten buis onderdeel is van een bundel buizen kan POSE bvba geen enkele beoordeling geven over de positie van de gemeten buis ten opzichte van de overige buizen in de bundel. POSE bvba stelt expliciet dat welke conclusie dan ook door de klant genomen wordt inzake niet-gemeten buizen voor de volledige verantwoording van de klant is.

Arne Quinze, one of the most famous Belgian modern artists,

This piece of art is 600 meters long and has a central statue of

The core of the project is a new, underground pump storage power plant between the Limmernand the Muttsee, with a capacity of 1000 MW. For this purpose, huge rock caverns for four pump turbines are excavated 600 m underground, at the foot of the present dam at 1800 m above sea level. An important part of the project Linthal 2015 is the 4 km long access tunnel It will provide subsequent access to the power plant and transformer caverns for a cable car with 230 t capacity. The turbine cavern is connected with the Muttsee via two parallel pressure shafts and a head race tunnel, and with the Limmernsee via two approx. 500 m long tailrace tunnels;
