    Project Coordinator

    PurposeThe project coordinator is responsible for coordination and management of all aspects of projectimplementation according to the established time schedule.

    Position typeContract Position for 12 months

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the executie director! the project coordinator "ill#

    • Plan! organi$e and direct all actiities as re%uired for the full implementation of projectgoals and objecties

    &nsure that project actiities are consistent "ith the project objecties and that objectiescan be met "ith aailable resources

    • &nsure the project meets targets! budgets and time'lines! "ith appropriate reporting andealuation

    • Deelop! complete and finali$e all project delierables according to the timeline

    • &stablish the Project +disor) Committee

    meetings• -uilding lin*s for collaboratie "or* and sharing information

    • &ngage and ensure participation of all *e) sta*eholders mentioned in the project proposal

    • Conduct literature and program reie" 

    • Deelop the -ac*ground Paper

    • Deelop project methodologies and an ealuation plan

    • rgani$e and coordinate the consultations and meetings# fie communit) consultations!the /ational Communit) 0orum and the Roundtable eeting

    • Conduct research and anal)ses of pertinent information! discussion and data generating

    from the aboe mentioned consultations,forums

    • Deelop the Position Paper and the 0inal Report

    • &nsure timel) preparation of information and other "ritten Documents,material as

    re%uired for implementation of project actiities• &nsure and maintain effectie and on'going communication "ith indiiduals and groups

    inoled directl) or indirectl) in the project

    • Continuall) monitor the progress of the project

    • Conduct an orderl)! s)stematic and incremental ealuation of the project

    • pdate the &xecutie Director on a regular basis about the progress of the project

    •  3or* in conjunction "ith &xecutie Director to prepare reports! financial and actiities!for funders

    • &ngage in other project'related tas*s
