Dear Ladies, On behalf of the Ladies Committee, I would like to thank all who have exhibited and assisted in the Pavilion during the past years. Your efforts have helped to keep our Pavilion one of the best. I appeal again for your support for the 2021 Bell Show and Rodeo.

Setting up of the Pavilion for the 2021 Show will begin on Monday 22nd February at 8.00 am. Assistance during judging is required as usual, as well as cakes and slices for Judging Day and the Show. Due to COVID regulations these must be in sealed individual packaging prior to been delivered. Any donations maybe left at the Tuckerbox. Please remember that the Pavilion will close at 1.00 pm on the Sunday of the Show and all exhibits may be removed after 2.00 pm once signed out by the Chief Stewards.

Please leave all TROPHIES for Prizes in ALL sections at the Pavilion care of Jan Kane or Sarah Heathwood, should I not be in the Pavilion when you drop them in.

I ask all the ladies of the district to join our ranks and keep our Show assured of better and brighter things each year. We are always seeking enthusiastic members so please contact me if interested in becoming involved.

This year we have a theme in our Pavilion “Bells”. I encourage all displays to include this theme when getting your entries ready. For more details about a specific section, please contact the Stewards listed.

My sincere thanks to all and may the support received in the past continue. Yours very sincerely, Lyn Sperling – President, Bell Show Society Ladies Committee
