Monitoring Bugs

1. From an SR, you can find attached bugs in the “Bug Reference” field. Or, you can search for bug numbers within My Oracle Support.

2. Mark a bug as a Favorite by clicking the star in the Bug Reference field in an SR or by the title in My Oracle Support. This allows you to find them in your Favorites listings (shown above right), plus this allows you to get email updates on them via Hot Topics subscriptions.

3. Subscribe to Hot Topics/Newsletters/Favorite Bugs to get email updates when there are changes (next slide).

1. In My Oracle Support, choose the drop-down next to your name and choose My Account.

2. Under the Personal section in My Account, click on Hot Topics E-Mail.

• Site Alerts

• Delivery Options

• Content to Include

• Bug Favorites

• Documents

• Service Requests

Subscribe to Hot Topics4. In the Selected products section, designate

the product area(s) you to receive updates.

5. Click the +Add link to add a Product.• Note: designate the maximum number of items to

received here.

6. In the Add Product section, enter the product (type ahead is available)

• Hint: type in E1 to see EnterpriseOne products.

7. Select the type of updates to be included• Knowledge Articles (document)

• Bugs

8. Click Apply to keep the form open and add other products. Or, click OK to save and close the form.

preferences you’ve set. (example seen to the left)

Note: if you’ve chosen HTML format in the delivery options, the items will be hyperlinked to the content.

Follow the HCM MOSC Space

1. Log into My Oracle Support Community.

2. Click the Find Spaces button.

3. Click on the drop-down for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (MOSC).

4. Click on HCM – JDE1 (MOSC).

5. Click the Follow button.

6. Click the checkbox(es) to set the stream(s) you want to follow the blog in.

Note: You can also follow specific threads within a space.

1. Log into My Oracle Support Community.

2. Click the Find Spaces button.

4. Click on JDE EnterpriseOne Support Blog.
