Research: Polymer Composite Fuel Cell Bipolar Plates• PIs: Julie King (Chem Eng MTU) and Jason Keith • Goal: Investigate use of multiple carbon fillers in

polymers to improve bipolar plate (occupies largest volume in the fuel cell) properties

• Funded by National Science Foundation Grant Opportunities for Liason with Industry (GOALI) with Dana Corporation as the industrial partner ($300 K); Department of Energy (~$300 K)
