· Responsible for nine personnel during time on Active Duty; ensured that all pays, promotions, schooling, training, physical fitness and personal issues were processed and completed on time. One combat deployments to Afghanistan.

· Help Desk Manager; managed and monitored all incoming service tickets for speedy and accurate completion. Responsible for troubleshooting customer issues both locally and remotely. Installed, patched and upgraded all systems on the two different

networks.

· Cable Systems Installer/Maintainer; primarily responsible for the maintenance of cable/wire communications systems, communication security devices and other associated equipment. Installed and terminated COAX, CAT5 and CAT6 cabling. Installed Panduit and termination points inside of buildings.
