An upright form with a rather “twiggy” growth habit whose outstanding feature is its leaf coloration. Unlikethe other variegated leaf varieties, this one sports a distinctive orange coloration on a bluish-green leaf with bold, white margins.

‘Bloodgood’ Zone 5 Ht to 20’

A vigorous upright grower with large, deep red to blackish-red leaves that hold their color better than most of the other red-leafed palmatums, lasting late into the Summer. Fall colors are usually bright crimson. One of the

most popular red uprights.‘Butterfly’ Zone 5 Ht to 12’

A dainty but stiffly upright tree or twiggy shrub that has irregular blue to green leaves with a cream coloredvariegation on the edge. New leaf growth in the Spring frequently has pink coloration bordering the whitemarkings.

‘Orido Nishiki’ Zone 5 Ht to 19’

Orido Nishiki is a vigorous, upright grower with a variegated leaf that is deeply lobed, and has a rich green

color that starts its spring growth with irregular splashes of pink, white, cream, or some combination of these.The bark of new shoots is typically coral colored and sometimes streaked with purple.

‘Peaches & Cream’ Zone 5 Ht to 10-12’

Attractive variegated Japanese maple with spring foliage that emerges a cream color. Bright green veins runthrough the middle of the leaf and help accent the cream color. The outside edge of the leaves have a softpink tinge. The leaves hold their cream color throughout most of the summer, gradually fading to yellow andfinally to beige with darker tips.

‘Sango Kaku’ (Coral Bark) Zone 5 Ht to 20’

This upright form offers something for every season. A red tint graces the margin of the new leaves in spring;light green and somewhat soft and feathery leaves adorn the tree in the summer; fall leaves change to apredominately apricot tone with hints of light red, and the winter bark of the tree, especially the bark on thenewer growth, is a brilliant coral color.

This upright growing laceleaf makes a very unique accent piece in any landscape. It sports finely cut brightgreen foliage displayed on upright arching branches to form a rounded crown with a light, delicateappearance. Fall color is a spectacular gold to light yellow with tones of orange, and red or crimsonthroughout the crown.

‘Shishigashira’ (Lion’s Head Maple) Zone 5 Ht to10’

A truly unique upright with tightly compact and steeply ascending branches covered with a dense mass of deep green foliage, that is darker than most of the other Japanese maples. ‘Trompenburg’ Zone 5 Ht to 15’

A strong, upright growing tree with a unique leaf form. The lobes radiate from a central point on the leaf andeach one curls or rolls under like a tube. It is a rich, deep purple-red and does not burn in full sun. Fall color

Unique, upright maple with a short multi-branching habit that more closely resembles a shrub than a tree.The white, green mottled variegated leaf color often times resembles floating clouds. Leaves have soft pink tips especially during early spring. Green flecks appear as the tree matures in amongst the white and greencolor. Very interesting addition to any landscape!

dissectum ‘Garnet’ Zone 5 Ht to 10-12’

Garnet is a vigorously growing, mounding shrub with a deeper red color than either Crimson Queen orEverred. Its finely cut leaves hold their color well throughout the growing season.

dissectum ‘Inabe Shidare’ Zone 5 Ht to 10’-12’

An outstanding, mounding dissectum noted for its deeply serrated, large dark, purplish-red leaves in thesummer. It retains the deep color throughout the growing season, and is considered by some to have the bestcolor of the red dissectums. Fall leaf color is a brilliant crimson. Inabe Shidare is one of the more vigorousdissectums in its class.

Red Dragon is a new introduction from Duncan & Davies in New Zealand. The foliage is a beautiful deep redthat is similar in color to Purple Fountain Beech. Bark is a deep purple-red. Slower growing, but similar inhabit to Inabe Shidare, with weeping mounds of foliage that holds its color well into the fall.
