Learn useful expressions used in reception and front office when needed to respond to Japanese guests when checking-in and
checking-out, including the polite ways of expressing when there are unexpected circumstances.
In this course, students will also learn the terms used when there are inquiries for money exchange and explaining payment
methods to guests as well.

Japanese for Restaurants
Japanese for Restaurants Learn how to respond effectively to guests in Japanese, upon their arrival, taking orders, explaining menus and food,
ingredients, cooking methods for Thai & Western cuisine (of which students can apply the terms with other styles of cuisine,
e.g. Chinese, Muslim, Vegetarian, etc.). Students will learn about the culture of Japanese cuisine as well.
Apart from this, students will also learn Japanese manners in serving dishes at the table as well as coping with and responding
to complaints. At the end of the course, students will learn expressions for checking customers’ bills and bidding farewell to
customers upon their departure.
