G.E.T EducationalTours and its suppliers, includingairlines, donot accept liability in contract or in tort (actionablewrong)foranyinjury,damage,loss,delay,additionalexpenseorinconveniencecauseddirectly,orindirectlybyforcemajeureorothereventsbeyondourcontrol,orwhicharenotpreventablebyreasonablediligenceonitspartincluding,but not limited to,war, civil disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severeweather, acts of God, acts of Government orother authorities, accident to or failure ofmachinery or equipment, or industrial action (whether or not involvingits employees and even though such actionmay be settled by acceding to the demands of a labour group). G.E.TEducationalTourscannotacceptresponsibilityforsubsequentchangesorwithdrawalofprices,detailsorserviceswhicharesubjecttochangewithoutnotice.ThiscontractisgovernedbythelawoftheStateofVictoria.
