January 2021
January Online Talks
January 3rd: Robin Goff - White Stone Ceremony As we emerge out of the most amazing year of 2020, we come together to vision for expansion into 2021. The tradition of the White Stone Ceremony, takes us out of bondage from the past to discover the path into our highest calling. What will you embody on this clean slate? Special Music: Stephanie Bland
January 10th: Pam Grout “Divine Energy & what to do about it” Material reality is a tiny speck of the universe. Physicists, in fact, say the things we see: planets, stars, even galaxies make up a scant 4 percent of what's out there. The rest is invisible, making it a little harder to trust for some folks. But with a little practice, you can leave the Newtonian realm and hook into the unseen and its miraculous properties. Spirituality is not about defying nature's laws. It's about tapping into higher
laws.
Special Music: Millie Webb
January 17th: Alex Kimball Williams “Anti-racist Spirituality” 2020 resulted in several insights & affirmations related to health inequities, racism, climate change, politics, faith, & more. How has faith factored into international COVID-19 responses & additional movements in 2020? What are antiracist approaches you could cultivate to improve your corner of the world? Join us as we discuss the positive & negative
impacts of faith during crises & the intersections of spirituality, culture, & social justice.
Special Music: Cindy Novelo
January 24th: Michelle D. Wilson and Jeff Severin
“Hmmm. What are you thinking? Implicit bias: The association between
thoughts and actions”
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Online Workshop Our unconscious mind plays an important role in our actions, tone, and behaviors. In our daily interactions, there is a need to look in the mirror for self-discovery around implicit bias and how it impacts the relation-ships we build with colleagues, clients, partners, and others. In this workshop, we will explore the impact of implicit bias and discover ways to effectively communicate and take responsibility to connect and build relationships with those around us. We will touch on the definitions and how to recognize implicit bias, microaggressions, stereotypes, prejudic-es, and how privilege can contribute to systemic discrimination.
January 31st: Jay Pryor “Spiritual Resilience” Being resilient is one of the most important characteristics a human being can foster. 2020 gave us all an opportunity to see how resilient we are in unprecedented times. We can all relate to that. And what does it mean to be spiritually resilient? Are you spiritually resilient? Join Coach and Speaker Jay Pryor in
exploring spiritual resilience, what it means and how can we start to create it. Come away reminded of your own power to always bounce back and create your life with power, grace and purpose.
Special Music: Kathryn Lorenzen
