Present: Todd Holmberg, Terri Lee, Karen Pence, Samuel Brinton, Astin Rodriguez, Lindsay Bennett, Joshua Bonilla, Kirsten Hyde, Jessica High, Molly Haddock, Drew Hanson

1. Each participant summarized what they did during the break

2. Mission and Governance a. Each participant was urged to complete the “homework” assignment of getting two

examples of other student org bylaws and mission statements and bring them to the next meeting. Going online to other student organizations might be the most efficient thing to do.

3. Engagement/Promotion a. Avenue Q

i. A Video preview was given ii. There was discussion of UPC student involvement of promoting the show to

other K-State students. b. Chalking:

i. Lily Tomlin (Feb 11) 1. Chalking for Tomlin will commence at 3:45 pm on Feb 10

ii. Bus Stop (Feb 18) 1. Chalking for Bus Stop will commence at 3:45 pm on Feb 17

4. Recruitment

a. Each participant was urged to personally recruit one person, particularly someone they feel comfortable about approaching and would be a good fit for the organization

b. A recruitment party date was set as May 7 after the Aluminum Show

5. Spring Meeting Dates were set: a. Feb 21, 1:30 pm b. Mar 14, 1:30 pm c. April 11, 1:30 pm
