• Staging and set up will occur on arrival Thursday, January 3rd from 10am - 8pm. The unit will remain onsite until the end of the show on Sunday, December 6th.
• Please tape fuel tanks and caps, disconnect batteries and shut o� propane tank (7 gallon propane tank limit). Empty RV unit of all personal items –The Wichita Area RV Show is not responsible for theft or damage.
• Make sure you have your RV title and ID.
• Two badges will be issued per unit. The owner must provide names for the badges and must show ID along with badge when entering.
• Owner will be responsible for sale signage for his/her unit.
• The last day to book a space to sell an RV is December 31st.
