• Main accesses on White Rock Road and Latrobe Road• Currently 1/3 of this project is builtout. The BOS has
recently approved the next phase of 304 homes.

• 2037 acre site within El Dorado Hills Community Region. 2840 homes planned
• Located east of Latrobe Road and just south of Town Center commercial area
• While rough grading is nearing completion, construction of homes has only just begun.

• The development is approximately 1/3 complete. The County currently has four projects processing for this area totaling 1,600,000 square feet
