ZUMBA™You’ve heard the buzz... Check out Zumba! A Zumba certified instructor will lead you through a fusion of Latin, international, and pop music, paired with hot dance movements for lots of fun and fitness.
CYCLE XPRESSThe classic ride: 45 minutes on the bike paired with your favorite tunes to fuel your ride. Class limited to 15.
DANCE PARTYThis dance class plays all of the latest hits while learning some great moves. Once you’ve got the dances down, you will feel like you’re a part of a music group.
+ COREA 15-minute addition to your favorite classes targeting the center of the body. Build foundational strength and stability in the abs, lower back, and glutes.
STRENGTHBUTZ ‘N GUTZJust like it sounds! 45 minutes devoted to toning the lower body and core.
TOTAL BODY ABSolutionStrength training for your whole body with a specific focuson abs. Class will incorporate circuits, intervals, and bodyweights movements.
BODY PUMP™The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Class limited to 39.
MIND/BODY
YOGA FLOWA fun and slower paced vinyasa flow class. Focused on building strength of di�erent parts of the body, endurance, flexibility, and mindfulness. Linking postures to breath.
SUNRISE YOGAA traditional Yoga class based with the addition of an energizing series to awaken the mind and body and start the day the right way.
WARRIOR SCULPTWhen muscle meets yoga, Warrior Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat music. You’ll combine free weights with yoga sequencing to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. Come prepared to sweat. All levels welcome.
VINYASA YOGAUnroll your yoga mat for an invigorating full-body flow where you’ll explorethe yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. This is a foundation-building yoga class that will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive pace. All levels welcome..
PILATES/BARREThe perfect blend of Pilates and Barre exercises that focus on strengthening and lengthening your muscles, resulting in a full body workout! The perfect addition to any workout routine for all levels.
STRENGTH + CARDIO
KICKBOXING CONDITIONINGPerform combos, drills, and non-contact sparring while shadow boxing and using mitts in a light, controlled manner. Training isn’t only in the ring, you will also split your time between building strength using weights, improving agility, and increasing cardiovascular endurance. Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee!
STRENGTH CIRCUITSRotate through timed circuits, performing upper, lower, and full-body exercises. Strength circuits is an excellent opportunity for you to work on strength training in a group setting, while working at your own pace.
HIITHIIT classes are intense so come ready to sweat! The primary focus is a short, intense burst of exercise. HIIT combines many modes of training to confuse the muscles and help you break through plateaus.
TABATAA full body, high intensity interval class designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for 20 seconds at a time. You can do anything for 20 seconds!
