BOOKING VOUCHER PROCESSWe’ve made the ordering process for the Host Booking Voucher even easier! It also has the benefit of allowing us to include other great offers for your Hosts from time to time.

It’s simple – when your Host is eligible for the $50 Booking voucher, all you need to do is check this box in Host Contests section of the order.

You don’t need to enter the voucher number any more. Please make sure you record the voucher number in your records and ask your Hosts to keep their vouchers as they may be needed for future verification.

FRESH HOME COUPON PROCESSTo order the FREE Fresh Home Host pack in January, you will need enter the coupon number from the Pillow Packs that were included in Guest Orders during November and December in the usual Host coupon field.

Once you entered the coupon and click on ‘Go’. You can then enter the Free Host pack with the code FREEPACK and select your fragrance.

When I finally made the decision to become a PartyLite Consultant after many years of being a Host, I never dreamed my journey would take me to Leadership, but that is where I find myself. The proud Leader of a wonderful team of Consultants who make up Lunar Lites!

Lunar Lites is only a small Unit but we encourage each other along in the challenges that are set for the Unit and assist one another with words of support.

A popular challenge is ‘beat the boss’, which Consultants seem to enjoy winning the most! Being a small team is sometimes a challenge in itself but we all contribute the best we can to ensure that we ‘keep on keeping on’ and remain Active each month. The friendships that have been formed during the development of Lunar Lites within the Unit and beyond in the wider PartyLite community hold a special place in my heart.

While I have enjoyed attending several PartyLite Conferences, two Leader Summits and all of the excitement that accompany those events – particularly the very moving Butterfly Ceremony – I was lucky enough to attend PartyLite’s Incentive Trip to Penang, which was an experience I will never forget. I have no doubt I would not have had the opportunity to visit the ‘Pearl of the Orient’ had it not been for PartyLite. I look forward to sharing these memorable occasions down the track with my Unit members as we continue to grow and become bigger and better.

There is a plaque that is on my bedside table which reads “Shoot for the moon even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars “. I endeavour to live that every day and I’d like to think I encourage my team to do the same.

Offer a gift wrapping service. Once you show them how easy it is to have a Mandle Party they will be happy to come again. Remind them that Mother’s day and Easter is coming up and book in early for another Mandle Party.

PARTY IDEA: ‘MANDLE’ PARTYLet Guests know that now is a great time to book in a ‘Mandle’ Party (Man + Candle = Mandle!) Yes, a Party for Men! Use your retired product as an incentive when they book a ‘Mandle’ Party.

Here are three fun ways to entertain the kids, all whilst the parents are enjoying being a Host or Guest at a PartyLite Party.

1. COLOURING COMPETITION Give every child a colouring sheet and have a pencil case full of colouring pencils, crayons, etc. Get the kids to colour all during your Party demo.

2. PICK-UP STICKSInvest in a pack of Pick-Up Sticks. Ask the kids if they would like to have some fun and play a game whilst you talk to their parents. The kid that collects the most pick-up sticks win.

3. SNAPHave two packets of playing cards if there’s going to be a lot of kids at your Party to play a game of snap. Let them know that they have to play this game over and over until you come and get them (which is after your Party demo). Give them a piece of paper and pen to write down who the winner is each time.

Have on hand some fun prizes (bag of sweets, chocolate, colour pencil set, trophy) for the winning kids,

as well as little treats for every child that participated this allows everyone to feel special.

Have themes like a Valentine’s stop ‘n’ shop, ‘Mandle’ BBQ or a pizza and beer Party. This is a perfect opportunity to get the partners together and shop for Valentine’s Day.

Create visual displays of bundle packs; this will make it easy for the partners to choose. When you create packs it makes shopping easier for them – they just pick and pay and enjoy the Mandle Party.

The Changi Museum is a somber reminder of this dark period, and sheds a light on the emotional events that unfolded here between 1942 and 1945.

A great way to stash away those dollars you need for National Conference registration, travel and accommodation (and to spend in Conference Shop) is to have a Stash Cash registration. You nominate the amount to be withheld from your Party proceeds and PartyLite will then hold your accumulated contributions in a non-interest bearing account which will be used to offset against your National Conference registration. To set up your stash cash go to: My Account > Consultant Profile > My Profile > Stash Cash.

Before you attend a Party, always check the Product Hotline on the CBC for the latest information. Occasionally products may be out of stock for more than a few days and are placed on back order. The remainder of the order will be picked and shipped, and the backordered product will be shipped when it becomes available. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time the order is placed for delivery, depending on the delivery address.

PartyLite has a ‘fair to all’ policy – this means what we do for one Consultant, we do for all Consultants. As such, we cannot comply with requests for priority processing or shipping of an order for any Consultant.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Award Certificates you receive from the Company can be redeemed for full price products and business materials such as catalogues, sales aids, Leader Gift Shop item etc. Purchased Gift Certificates and Product Certificates issued by the company can be used to order full price products only.

Special offers for Hosts, Guests and Consultant Pre-orders or sample packs cannot be ordered using Award, Product or Gift Certificates.

DIRECT DEBITS AND UNCLEARED FUNDS

Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your bank account before selecting the Direct Debit payment option for Party orders as the Direct Debit system does not allow us to draw on uncleared funds or process delayed payments. Direct debits are drawn the business day following the Party being submitted on the CBC. Note: Cheques deposited into your bank account take 3 business days for funds to be cleared and available to be drawn upon.

WEEKLY CUT-OFF TIME

The cut-off time for the receipt of Party orders each Friday is 11:59pm (Sydney time). Orders received after that time (i.e. from midnight onwards) will be processed in the following week and will be included in Profit Cheques for that next week.

MONTHLY CUT-OFF TIME

Month end cut-off is 11:59pm (Sydney time) on the last day of the month for all orders. Refer to calendar below for month end cut-off dates.
