• Tunein.com– By station type – local, music, talk, sports or location– By genre or artist, both stations and shows– Sign up for free account to store favorites & settings

• Pandora.com– Type in or select artist, genre or composer, it builds a

station with similar music, thumbs up/down guides it. – Sign up for account to create your own stations.

• Shoutcast.com, Slacker.com, WindowsMedia.com

• Audacity audio editor & recorder – Use with tunein.com or any online radio station.– Records what’s coming thru your speakers.– With LAME for Audacity, enables recording to

mp3.

• Winamp audio player– With Streamripper for Winamp add-on, records

tracks from mp3 servers as individual files, captures actual file data. Tracks from Shoutcast radio are put in a separate folder for each station, file is labeled with song title & performer.

• Winamp– Insert blank CD, click “Blank disc (D:) , click Add

button at bottom and select File, Folder or Playlist.

– Select desired items & click “Burn” button.– Burned CD played OK in personal CD player.

• Windows Media Player– Errors, failed to recognize blank disk, could not burn

on XP (you may have better results), objected to codec used on Vista.

• Windows Media Player– Will encode as mp3, wma (4 types) or wav– Select scale - smallest size to highest quality

• Winamp – will encode as .m4a aac(used by iTunes), flac,

ogg vorbis, Shoutcast mpeg-2, .wav or .wma – to encode as mp3, need Pro version, or use

converter, e.g. Free M4a to Mp3 Converter

• Others: Audiograbber, Free Rip

• Nexus Radio– Find & listen to stations, and record what you hear.

• Rarma Radio– Mostly international stations, may not connect

• Simply copy files from PC to player’s drive or

• Synch folders or playlists from PC to player

• Capable software: – Windows Media Player– Winamp– iTunes– Media Monkey– MusicBee

• Click gear in upper right of your Facebook page, select Privacy Settings, Timeline and Tagging, Edit Settings.– Switch "Who can post on your timeline?" to No one.– "Who can see what others post on your timeline?" - Friends

or Custom– "Review posts people tag you in before they appear on your

timeline" – Enable– "Who can see posts you've been tagged in on your

timeline?" - Friends or Custom– "Review tags friends add to your own posts on Facebook" –

Enable– "Who sees tag suggestions when photos that look like you

are uploaded?" - No one
