1.1.14 Nu Covenant Update

We send this correspondence In Rerum Naturaon behalf of ourSovereign and Illustrious Supreme Grand Apperception. As

we begin this Greco Roman new calendar year. It is imperativethat we review some of our enhancements and identify where we

can grow stronger as a community.

A. As of last year, Nu-Covenant has officially launched theirBrother Hood N-CSD (Nu-Covenant Special Defense)and their SWPO(Sacred Woman Peacock Order) for the

sisters.B. We have successfully launched and introduced to our

community our Benefit Annuities Solutions (pensionplan) etc.

C. Our Tax Lien Service that fits snug with our statuscorrection department that has won the favor of our

members as they are acquiring properties for little tonothing or at the least yielding more than 20% of their

initial investment.D. We have also successfully established a PEG (Private

Equity Group. This PEG has perfected an intellectualproperty investment model to increase the prosperity of

our community and to execute the vision of its leaders.The Private Equity Group investment opportunity acts

as a form of a securitized loan to the PEG that will besecured against real property to ensure your money is

protected against loss. You will be given an official

appraisal on the property that you will have a lien on toprotect your investment within 6 months.

E. We have successfully erected a PCRN disposition to

enhance our members ability to thrive in society as itrelates to credit and the reception of credit card

companies. Members that could not set up bank accounts,

had poor credit, and were turned down for credit card

approval have now managed to change things aroundinside of 2 weeks to three months.

F. In this last year our Head of the Crown and his familyhave propagated our message to over 20 states inside of at

least 35 cities despite the strain on his family to live asomewhat normal lifestyle.

G.

Over thirty new tomes have been published under ourpublishing company and 3 new authors emerged in our

community to release their first works due to theinspiration from our Head of the Crown: Illustrious

Supreme Grand Apperception Nysut: Amun-Re SenAtum-Re

H. As a community we were able to create employmentopportunities for over 132 members to make above

minimum wage. We believe that this year we can have 5times the amount of new employment.

I. Of course, there are many other things that we can

celebrate at this hour but we will move forward.

What to look forward to this

year in Nu-Covenant?

A.

After conducting a trial and error run on our

Master Card system and online banking withselect members we have all satisfactory results.Therefore, members will be able to officially

sign up for their Master Cards January 26(our

next major Nu-Covenant event) and for otherrelated programs. This Card will be of benefit to

the membership for a host of reasons one

namely the obvious; credit and another benefitthat is not so obvious is the fact that members

master cards are backed by hard assets upon

spending which will codify the clause of theSecured Party endeavor to spending (This will

be explained January 26at the National Black

theatre in New York 2pm-9pm).

B.

On January 26, all members will be able to

receive and or apply for Nu-CovenantHead of

the Crown ID cards and be taught when and

how to use it for political and commercial

purposes. This is separate from the Master

Card.

C.

Starting January 26 members that havepurchased liens from Nu-Covenant can sell their

liens through Nu-Covenant finance referral

medium at the next auction alongside theprivate sales of Nu-Covenant community.

Members that have take proficiency exams atthe last Nu-Covenantconvention need to come

out officially to receive their IDs,

inauguration, and instruction manual for

protocol and edict (January 26th

at theNational Black Theatrefrom 2pm-9pm).

E.

Nu-Covenant will be erecting our own chain of

Restaurants / Bookstores where lectures will be

held as well. This medium is called Our Line of

Alkaline Cabaret. There is a direct correlation

between bad food consumption and badthinking. If the food is

Not quality, nor will the thoughts of the individual

be. Therefore, high Crime and low quality foodshare similar domains. Disease cannot thrive in

Alkaline environments. Eating Alkaline foods

diffuses the potential of disease. A Cabaret is arestaurant that provides food and entertainment.

Our Line of Alkaline Cabaret will address our

socio-economic dilemmas in popular andconvenient fashion. We will establish a restaurant

venue where informative materials can be sold

(books and dvds), Lectures, Spoken word,

comedy, and other presentations will be open to the

public by way of our forum.

One of our greatest success stories this year was

our Nu-Covenantheadquarters that was erected inthe city of Chicago. However, we realized that wewere missing one major fundamental aspect and

that was the food. A change in diet saved the life of

our Head of the Crown then it was literature.Therefore, it is only befitting that our community

should set up Cabarets in cities where they need it

most. Our Line of Alkaline Cabaret of Nu-

Covenant. Its not just a restaurant. Its a

Cultural Renaissance. Each Cabaret will create

jobs for members of our community and grant themamazing financial planning as workers can only be

members of out community.

Nu-Covenant will be able to serve its workers immediately in terms

of their future with our pension and annuities company namely

Benefit Annuities Insurance

RETIREMENT BENEFITS PLAN: Nu-

Covenant participates in a 403(b) Tax Sheltered

Annuity (TSA) retirement plan. The total amount

contributed to the TSA on behalf of eligible

employees (including employee elective deferrals)

for the said year. Example: during 2012, was

$45,120, respectively. The portion contributed by

the Nu-Covenant was $30,200 at the end of

December 31, 2012, respectively.

At minimum we provide -Investment advisory services

Annuities - Life Insurance -Roth IRA Conversions - 401K,

403B, TSP RolloversThose who took the proficiency exams at the Convention can only

apply to work here and those that will take the exam in January 26.

By following these standards, Nu-Covenant Officers and

staff will be able to provide our public customers and
