Multi -Sport

Whether you want your child to get an active start in life, become a better overall athlete, or increase their sport specific performance, the Richmond Olympic Oval Fundamental Movements School will help your child become physically literate from an early age, contributing to their self-confidence and motivation, each key factors in long term physical and mental health.

Each week your child will participate in fun and high energy games and skill builders designed to develop, refine, and master fundamental movements skills such as running, jumping, and throwing as well as agility, balance, and coordination. All in a world-class multi-sport facility with instructors who are all Fundamental Movements Skills accredited by the National Coaching Certification Program.

No other program or facility can give your child a better head start in developing the physical and mental confidence required to succeed on the field, playground, in school and in life.
