• Not started yet but should be in Emergency management at Coventry University.
• Would like to study the UN cluster system, identify the gaps, in terms of coordination compare it with other management systems and propose improvements or alternative management system for UN humanitarian assistance operation coordination mechanism.
• Will use the following criteria to assess the cluster system and alternative coordination mechanisms; • Respects of humanitarian principles • Coordination characteristics required for emergency management as rapidity
and flexibility• Characteristic of management and leadership• Primacy of information sharing and management
