Eminent scientist Tapan Misra was appointed as the Chief of ISRO’s Space Applications Centre (SAC) at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. 5. Arvind Kejriwal was sworn-in as Chief Minister of Delhi. The oath of office and secrecy was administered by Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung at Ramlila Ground, Delhi.
