For the fish-connoisseurs…….

Ingredients • 4 skinned flounder filets of 6 oz. each

• ¼ cup lemon juice

• 2 minced garlic cloves

• ¼ cup olive oil

• ½ tsp salt

• 1 tsp sugar

• 4 tsp soy sauce

• 4 lemon wedges or slices - for garnish

• 4 portions salad (of any kind) - to serve

Directions:1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and place rack in center of oven.

2. Grease a large baking dish able to hold the filets in a single layer

3. Place the flounder in the dish.

4. Meanwhile, combine and stir the lemon juice, garlic, salt, sugar and soy sauce

5. Whisk in the oil until the mixture is well blended

6. Pour it over the flounder and bake for 6 minutes or until well baked.

7. Garnish with lemon wedges or slices and serve with your favorite salad.

Yields: 4 servings

Among those, they had a personal meeting with the esteemed Viznitz-Monsey Rebbe shlit”a. The Rebbe shlit”a was very pleased with the good news, and warmly wished Kollel Chatzos; “Hashem should help, it should be “an expansion of the borders of Holiness”, with much success and help from above in your righteous work etc.”…And it should be the will of Hashem that the blessing from a Tzaddik be fulfilled.

While this seems extremely odd to us as humans, in fact most hooved animals have square rectangular pupils. Scientists have discovered that the reason goats have these eyes is to allow them to see in a wider circle around them.

Because of their pupils they can see up to 340 degrees while humans are limited to 210! Square pupils also help goats see better at night because they can be closed more during the day to restrict light. Interestingly, another animal with square pupils is the octopus!
