standards developed by Underwriter’s Laboratory (UL 325) and ASTM F2200 as developed by

ASTM International. While these safety standards are specific to automated gates, Jamieson

also chooses to apply them to manual gates to restrict hazards such as protrusions, pinch

points and entrapment zones. As such, our engineering & manufacturing team has developed a

Filler materials extend through the tail section

of each gate for safety and symmetry. Thus, each

gate can open to either side- eliminating the need

to specify opening direction.

Jamieson’s TrusTrac™ gates are a premier line

of aluminum cantilever sliding gates.

Utilizing our proprietary truck and enclosed

track system, this single panel gate can span

large gate openings with minimal deflection or

resistance. All gates are fabricated and fully

welded under factory controlled conditions,

ship ready for immediate installation ¹ and

Jamieson’s PowerTrac™ gates are a premier line

of aluminum box frame sliding gates. Utilizing

our robust design, these gates can span large

openings with ease of movement and minimal

deflection. PowerTrac™ gates are available as

cantilever (Series 4000) or ground track

(Series 4100).

PowerTrac™ gates have been certified to 130 MPH wind loads in coastal locals. As site

conditions (soil, wind exposure level, building codes, etc) are an essential element of the

evaluation, Jamieson provides an option for your job-specific wind-load certifications.

Jamieson’s I-Trac™ gate systems are a

complete line of overhead I-Beam sliding

gates for correctional facilities, Sally

ports & high security applications. Single

or double drive gate openings can range up

to 16’ maximum clear height and spans of

60’ on the aluminum gate series & 30’ with

steel.

SERIES 8400 ESTATE GATES

Jamieson’s Series 8400 Estate gates are

custom designed and manufactured aluminum

and steel frame ornamental single and double

drive swing gates. These gates are ideally

suited for residential and light commercial

properties.

SERIES 8600 LARGE OPENING GATES

Jamieson’s XLG Series 8600 gates are custom

manufactured aluminum frame swing gates for

very large gate openings. These gates are ideally

suited for Industrial, Commercial, Governmental

or other security sensitive applications. All

gates are fully welded under factory controlled

conditions, ship ready for immediate installation

and include all hardware for manual operation.

SERIES 8600 LARGE OPENING GATES

Series 8600 gate frames are made from

durable structural aluminum and

fabricated by AWS certified welders and

welding procedures. Each gate is custom

fabricated to Jamieson’s exacting

standards and braced with solid gusset

plates to maintain squareness and

rigidity. Stainless steel aircraft truss

cable assemblies with adjustable

turnbuckles are installed throughout

the entire gate length to provide both

significant and fine tuning adjustments.

Hinge vertical members are from heavy wall

tubing, predrilled and sleeved for the mating

hinge. In chain link applications, both end

vertical members are reinforced with

horizontal bracing and an additional vertical

support member for greater chain link

tension.

Internal primary and intermediate vertical

members are sized to the application to

provide superior stability and sway

resistance.
