James works with clients throughout the Midlands and beyond, drawing on his Civil Engineering background and dedicated approach to provide an exceptional and individual service. As a key member of the busy Trades and Labour team, James sources qualified and trusted individuals for a variety of roles, from handymen to carpenters to telescopic forklift drivers. A recent notable project James was involved in was the rebuild of the library at Birmingham University. But whether the role is for a big national name or a small local operation, on a temporary or permanent basis, what sets James apart is the level of care he takes with both clients and candidates. He achieves high levels of repeat business by keeping in touch, whether that’s on the phone or visiting on-site, and is always there when he’s needed, even out of hours. Outside of Daniel Owen, James is an active reservist for the Royal Engineers, which gives him great context and wider experience for his role at Daniel Owen.
