Thomas Sean Connery Born 25th August 1930 Still considered by many to be the definitive screen 007. Connerys panther-like movement and look of an ever-ready sexual predator, made his Bond worthy of the title coined by Italian cinemagoers Mr Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. After a three-year stint in the British navy, Connery toiled in a series of odd jobs-milkman, bricklayer, lifeguard-before his weight-lifting hobby enabled him to represent Scotland in the 1950 Mr. Universe contest. He eventually approached acting as a lark, an understandable decision for one of workingclass origins, and debuted on-screen in Lilacs in the Spring (1954) Before James Bond, Sean Connery was a little-known actor at the start of his career. He had some starring roles but suffered from continual miscasting. By the time he finally left the EON produced Bond series after Diamonds Are Forever (1971), he was both a household name and an actor of international repute. Born in Edinburgh, the son of a truck driver, Connery worked at a variety of odd jobs from milkman to bricklayer before he landed a part in the chorus of the British stage production of South Pacific, which began his career in showbusiness. With his leisurely smile, deadpan wit and impassive manner, Connery epitomised the early Bond to such an extent that it seemed a near impossible task to replace him. Worried about typecasting, however, he left the EON series in 1971, after appearing six times in their series of films (returning to the oo7 role in 1983 for the independently produced Never Say Never Again), and continued in a highly successful screen career, winning an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor in The Untouchables (1988). Goldfinger Goldfinger is the first of three James Bond films with a theme song sung by Shirley Bassey. Though she only performed three out of the many Bond film theme songs, her strong, brassy style became a Bond theme trademark. Goldfinger was written by John Barry and Anthony Newley. The theme was originally recorded by Newley, but was rerecorded with Cassey for the film and the soundtrack. Newleys version was later released in 1992 as part of the 30th Anniversary of James Bond on film in the compilation collectors edition The Best of Bond...James Bond. Basseys theme sold over a million copies in the United States awarding her a Gold album. In the United Kingdom the theme reached number21 on the charts I like this song because the melody of this song is good. It is soul music with a sad voice of the singer. From the music, I can learn that a lot of man are brassy and playboy, so the women should not trust in the word or believe in the men easily.

Thunderball The soundtrack was released by United Artists Records in 1965. The music was composed and conducted by John Barry, and performed by the John Barry Orchestra. This was Barry's third soundtrack for the series. The soundtrack was not finished by the time the film was released in theaters and only featured twelve tracks, roughly only the first half of the film; the last seven tracks were released for the first time when the soundtrack was issued on Compact Disc on February 25, 2003. Additionally, the music in the film was unfinished days before the release of the film in theaters due to a late change by EON Productions to use a title song with the same name as the film. I like this song because theme song a full statement in the form of a sensitive, slowed-down instrumental ballad, often played over a romantic moment or a scene set in a nightclub or casino; he re-arranged "Thunderball" as a lush, subtly jazzy orchestral piece in the easy listening style.
