6 EXTENSION OF LOA

Following are the cases where construction of premises has not started and not yet completed to fulfill requirement of Rule 19(4) of SEZ Rules 2006 hence a -e placed for grant of extension

After due deliberation Unit Approval Committee noted that the unit in view of the cancellation of plot by RIICO at present does not hold any provisional allotment or offer letter which is a pre-requirement for LOA This may be fulfilled first before any consideration for extension of LOA

UAC observed that the units achieved positive NFE during FY 2011-middot12 However units shown at SNo 2 amp 9 have NIL performance during the year but their NFE is posit ve during last year Accordingly UAC directed the Custom Division of SEZ to submit the detailed report of Import and Export which may be placed in the next meeting

8 MONITORING OF CASES UNDER RULE 19(6) of SEZ Rules 2006
