Tokioka is an associate of the firm and practices in the areas of litigation, energy, public utilities, real estate, business and finance law. She joined the firm in 2021 after graduating magna cum laude from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for achieving the highest grade in Constitutional Law II, Advanced Civil Procedure, Second-Year Seminar, and Advanced Torts & Insurance Law, as well as the Bernard Levinson Best Constitutional Law Paper Award. While in law school, Jaime served as a Scholar Advocate for Professor Eric K. Yamamoto, during which she co-authored the law review article Loaded Weapon Revisited: The Trump Era Import of Justice Jackson’s Warning in Korematsu (2017) and provided legal research, analysis, and writing for the book In the Shadow of Korematsu: Democratic Liberties and National Security. She also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Karen T. Nakasone of the First Circuit Court of Hawaii and the Honorable Rhonda A. Nishimura of the First Circuit Court of Hawaii. Following law school, Jaime clerked for the Honorable Lawrence M. Reifurth of the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals. Jaime graduated from Pitzer College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Economics. Jaime H. Tokioka is an associate of the firm and practices in the areas of litigation, energy, public

utilities, real estate, business and finance law.  She joined the firm in 2021 after graduating magna

cum laude from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She
