See the attached Sign In Sheet of the attendees tat attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015. D. Clarification: City will repave Nancy Lane after completion of project. E. Clarification: City will designate parking on city property within walking distance to site. F. Clarification: City will provide temporary water and power at site. G. Clarification: Contractor to return lay down yard to its prior state. H. Clarification: All building permits will be required – Fees to be waived. I. Clarification: City of Orange Beach Business License will be required for contractor and all subs. A1.2 SPECIFICATIONS A. ADDENDUM ONE November 6, 2015

A New Art Gallery and Children’s Art Studio

for the COASTAL ARTS CENTER

OF ORANGE BEACH A1.1 GENERAL

A. The following changes and/or substitutions to the plans and

specifications are hereby made a part of same and are incorporated in full force as part of the contract.

B. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in writing on his

Roof panels are to match those on existing adjacent buildings. No weather tightness warranty will be required. No third party inspection required.

C. The following manufacturers are hereby approved subject to the plans and specifications:

Section 07216, Spray In Place Semi Rigid Foam Insulation: Johns Manville Corband Open-Cell Appendix X SPF Section 12500, Window Treatment: SWF contract – Graber Lake Forest 2” Faux Wood Horiz. Blinds

A1.3 DRAWINGS

A. Refer to Structural Drawings for thickness of all exterior sheathing.

B. Refer to Sheet S3.0 and section EE/A4.4: engineered trusses at vaulted space of kids’ studio: Trusses are to be parallel chord to achieve vaulted ceiling as shown – add heel at bearing as required.

C. Refer to Elevator Shaft: shaft is to be constructed of 2x6 wood studs as

shown on plans. Contractor to install any additional steel support as required per elevator manufacturer.

D. Clarification: Contractor shall provide water and sewer 5’ outside of

building – City to connect from there. E. Clarification: Contractor to connect electrical to the transformer. F. Clarification: Contractor to provide all labor and material for the new

storm drain around building and all downspout boots and tie-ins. END OF ADDENDUM ONE
