    Based on the goals and data, Ms. sgett worked with Mr Disher to identifyareas for improvement to achieve success. This was a collaborative processand drew upon the coaching insights, as wel as specific usiness skills andtechniques that can be appied by Mr. Dishe

    Implementation

    We continue to work with Mr Dsher to ensue that he is on track and thatgoas are being achieved We provided the information he needs to be abeto address the inevitable bariers and stumbling blocks that often aise alongthe way.

    Relationship Building

    Summary

    We began our sessions by istening and identifying the curent challengesan needs Mr Disher has. We coached him on how to understand theneeds of others and how to adjust his style to build better relationships withhis managers, peers and subordinates

    It is my opinion that Mr Disher undestands the severity of the issues weaddressed. He exhibited a strong desire and willinness to deal with the issues and makethe appropriate adjustments in his management style to overcome adversity perceptionsof him being intimidating adjusting his managemen stye to the personality of "theemployee o person he is working with and taking the necessay steps to corect hisbehavior to eliminate any perception of sexua harassment and intimidation

    We discussed in depth Mr Dishe's curent management stYle He was providedwith reading material on how to understand the different esonality styes of individuals

    and how to adjust his personality stye to be more efective. e was aso provided ith The7 Habits of Highly Eective People by Stephen R. Covey which he is reading to enhancehis leadership skills

    We also discussed specific examp!9s and details o aeas of improvement and howhe can change his stye o management and interaction with others to eliminate anypercptions o intimidation Specific examples were discussed and Mr Disher waspovided with insights on how to address these aeas in the futue
