1. INTRODUCTION
National Registry of Certified Professionals enables Competent Person to
submit CPD Activity records online.
The system helps EiMAS to manage CPD of Competent Person in order to
provide more efficient services.

2. LOG IN
2.1 URL
2.1.1 The URL for NRCEP is http://eimas.gov.my.
2.1.2 Login screen will be dislayed upon complete loading.
2.2 User ID
2.2.1 User ID for all Competent Person will be created by System Secretariat.
2.2.2 IC Number is utilized as User ID (for example 760921090987).
2.3 Change Password
2.3.1 Competent Person are advised to change the default password created by
System Secretariat.
2.3.2 Click menu “My Profile”.
2.3.3 Personal Information screen will be displayed.
2.3.4 Click “Modify” button.

2.3.5 Modify Personal Information form will be displayed.
2.3.6 Insert new password in Password field and click “Save” button.
2.4 Retrieve Password
2.4.1 Click “Retrieve Lost Password” link within Login screen.
2.4.2 Email will be sent to email address provided in Personal Information.
2.4.3 Click URL provided in the email.
2.4.4 Screen to provide new password will be displayed.
2.4.5 Insert new password and click “Save” button.
2.4.6 Login with existing User ID (IC Number) and new password.

3. PERSONAL INFORMATION
3.1 View Personal Information
3.1.1 Click “My Profile” Menu.
3.1.2 Personal Information will be displayed.
3.2 Modify Personal Information
3.2.1 Click “Modify” button within the Personal Information screen.
3.2.2 Modify Personal Information form will be dislayed.
3.2.3 Change relevant information and click “Save’ button.

4. CERTIFICATION
4.1 View List of Certificates
4.1.1 Click “My Profile” menu.
4.1.2 Personal Informatio screen will be displayed.
4.1.3 Click “Certification” tab within the Personal Information screen.
4.1.4 List of Certificates will be displayed.

5. CPD ACTIVITY
5.1 View List of CPD Activities
5.1.1 Click “My Profile” menu.
5.1.2 Personal Informatio screen will be displayed.
5.1.3 Click “CPD Activity” tab within the Personal Information screen.
5.1.4 List of CPD Activities will be displayed.

5.2 Add CPD Activities
5.2.1 Click “Add” button within the List of CPD Activities screen.
5.2.2 Add CPD Activity form will be displayed.
5.2.3 Click “Select Program” button to select an EiMAS pre approved programs.
5.2.4 Click “Other CPD Activity” to record activities other than the EiMAS pre
approved programs.
5.2.5 Complete the form and click “Save” button.
5.3 Modify CPD Activities
5.3.1 Click “Modify” link for relevant CPD Activity record within the List of CPD
Activities screen.
5.3.2 Modify CPD Activity form will be displayed.
5.3.3 Change relevant information and click “Save” button.

5.4 Delete CPD Activities
5.4.1 Click “Display” link for relevant CPD Activity record within the List of CPD
Activities screen.
5.4.2 CPD Activity Detail screen will be displayed.
5.4.3 Click “Delete” button.

6. CPD SUMMARY
6.1 View List of CPD Summary
6.1.1 Click “My Profile” menu.
6.1.2 Personal Informatio screen will be displayed.
6.1.3 Click “CPD Summary” tab within the Personal Information screen.
6.1.4 List of CPD Summary will be displayed.
6.1.5 CPD Summary records will be created automatically based on CPD Activity
dates.

6.2 View Detail of CPD Summary
6.2.1 Click “Display” link for relevant CPD Summary record within the List of
CPD Summary screen.
6.2.2 Detail CPD Summary will be displayed.
6.2.3 Click “View Detail” button to view calculation of earned CPD.
6.2.4 Calculation of Earned CPD will be displayed.

7. CPD SUBMISSION
7.1 View List of CPD Submission
7.1.1 Click “My Profile” menu.
7.1.2 Personal Information screen will be displayed.
7.1.3 Click “CPD Submission” tab within the Personal Information screen.
7.1.4 List of CPD Submission will be displayed.

7.1.5 Click “Display” link for relevant record to view detail information.
7.2 Add CPD Submission
7.2.1 Click “Add” button within the List of CD Summary creen.

7.2.2 Add CPD Summary Form will be displayed.
7.2.3 Relevant fields will automatically be completed based on Competent
Person Personal Information.
7.2.4 Automatically inserted data can be modified if needed.
7.2.5 Click “Save” button.

7.3 Submit CPD Submission
7.3.1 Click “Display” link for relevat record within the List of CPD Submission
screen.
7.3.2 CPD Submission Detail screen will be displayed.

7.3.3 Click “Submit” button.
7.3.4 Once approved, the information recorded within the CPD Submission
Form will overwrite the Competent Person’s Personal Information.
