  • BMs Residence,Astalak, Tehran, 2003-2008

The project is a single family residence located on a hill-top in a region that is about 20km away from Tehran. The general concept is about a series of spaces that are organized around a central circulation core and follow the slope of the site and engage in a dialogue with the site while maintaining a straight forward circulation prin-ciple. The exposed concrete structure of the project has been the biggest construction challenge of the project as it has been one of the very few projects in the resi-dential sector of Iran that has used this system and man-aged to deliver proper execution of this delicate system for a complex structure.Other than the main building there are a few ancillary functions in the program that have all been embedded into the topography of the site.
