Initial Planning Guidance

Recent hostile indications from Ahurastan are signaling aprobable attack on Azerbaijan. My intent is for allJFSOC assets to support the JTF in planning and

execution. To accomplish that I think we need to focusat the outset, on gaining/maintaining eyes-on the mobilescud launchers that threaten the force. Additionally, Iwant teams looking at the chemical weapons plantprepared to facilitate its destruction via air if directed.

Finally, I want the staff to look at how we can besttransition from our current FID missions with the AzeriBrigades into Coalition Support missions focusing oncoordinating and facilitating attacks by the JFACC andJFLCC on Ahurastani strategic targets.
