Over the past decade, JTT Group (JTT) has been successful in developing good relationships with elite customers and manufacturers/suppliers globally. JTT Group has offered products & services to some of the most prestigious Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals, Marine and Power projects across the Middle East. This success was achieved due to various factors some of them being – strict focus on company’s Vision, Mission & Goals, strict adherence to delivery commitments, offering competitive pricing, nurturing employee skills and investments in efficient systems and processes.

Over the years JTT Group has grown operationally, financially and in terms of its geographical reach. Today, JTT Group is an established name for supply of quality materials and equipment & services with competitive pricing and shorter delivery timeframes which helps our clients meet project deadlines and thereby derive enormous commercial benefits.

The JTT Group comprises of two companies namely - J-Tools Technologies-FZE & J-Tools Tech W.L.L. - catering to different geographical segments in the Middle East region. Both the companies are driven bytheir passion to excel and deliver best-of-the-line products & services to their respective customers.

“J-Tools Technologies-FZE” is a UAE based free zone company having its office & warehouse in the Ajman Free Zone. The company was established in November 2003 with the purpose of supplying quality industrial products & offering various services to Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Aluminum, Steel, Power and the Marine industries.

“J-Tools Tech W.L.L” is a Bahrain based company having its office in Manama. The company was established in Oct 2016 specifically for catering to clients in Bahrain & KSA. The company offers many new services for projects apart from supplying quality industrial products.

Associated vendors/suppliers are an integral part of any supply chain business. We have built an activevendor database of local and international quality companies providing us access to varied products andservices. Following QMS processes, we are able to better evaluate and register quality vendors. Performance of vendors is evaluated on regular bases to ensure good quality products are available atcompetitive prices. We have established preferential prices and priority deliveries with various vendors.

As an organization we uphold a strong commitment to excellence in order to ensure improvements in the quality of products offered, customer satisfaction, and process effectiveness —all of which ultimatelyhave a positive impact on the bottom line. It is with this commitment in mind that JTT has developed a Quality Management System based on the guidelines provided by ISO 9001:2008. We currently hold the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems (QMS) Certification.

Information and TechnologyWe have installed an ERP system which is customized to cater to our requirements to document, co-ordinate and plan our business efforts. The ERP system has facilitated our sales efforts to be more focused on providing top-quality services to our customers by drastically reducing turn-around times and providing 100% accuracy in all transactions.

WarehouseBesides our office in UAE, we have a warehouse which stock more than 1000 SKU’s valuing to more than $ 2 Million Dollars. Our Warehouse facility is second to none in terms of safety, cleanliness & storage plan for industrial products.

Our target market is the regions Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Aluminum, Steel, Power and the Marine Industry. Our presence in the UAE & Bahrain gives us a major advantage in terms of geographical coverage of the entire market as majority of our customers are based in the Middle East region namely UAE, Bahrain. KSA, Sultanate of Oman, Qatar & Kuwait.

Meeting our strategic plan, we have an extensive stock plan for piping & Instrumentation products. Our rangeof supplies includes materials & manufacturers pre-approved which are approved with S. Aramco, PDO & Qatar Gas. We have a still growing list of more than 1000 SKUs.
