2. Tessa’s resignation and how to proceed

Rosie offered to take over the role of chair of the committee and Clare the recruitment of volunteer students for the JI1 and 2.  Tessa will continue to co-ordinate the JI1 and JI2 assessment. Tessa will stay on the committee until the end of the year and review her position then.

Clare and Tessa to coordinate on the JI assessments’ volunteer students.

3. JI level 1 assessment – who will assess?

Rosie has agreed to assess JI1.   Tessa to contact Melodie to let her know Rosie will assess.

Tessa to finalise and send out the JI schedules.

4. Susie's resignation from after the AGM

Susie wishes to resign from all committees as she is finding recent dealings with committees negative and stressful.  A&TT have convinced Susie to stay on A&TT in the meantime. 

5. A&TT report for the AGM – 26 August

I think we can say all the things we have successfully done ie. Intro assessment went well - but we can also put in a word about the recent events and that it has resulted in members wishing to resign from the Committee.

6. JI 3 and SI 1 2019 Possible 7-9 June 2019 for JI3.  

SI 1 and 2 assessment 2-4th Aug 2019.

Discussed whether it would be easier to send our SI1 candidates to Australia.

Jo to check the JI3 date suits Melodie.Jo to ask the Moderators Group if it would less disruptive to the Australians if we sent our SI candidates to Australia.Jo to ask the Moderators group if we can ask the current JI3s if any have intensions to sit SI1 in 2019. 

7. Dates for 2019 Look at a June date for Introductory and the early November date for JI1&2.

Jo to start to put together possible dates for next year.
